FAQs

Why One 2 One Medicine and not another provider?
Lots of reasons really.
Teaching. Our small team of academic doctors are passionate about teaching. We’ll approach the last question of the day with as much energy as the first and go the extra mile to ensure every student leaves feeling motivated and capable to revise with confidence.
Resources. We want you to succeed at your exams. To facilitate your revision (as well as a weekend of live and interactive lectures) every student is posted a copy of our ‘spectacular’ masterclass textbook, is granted access to all lectures as videos (for a full year) and hundreds of exam SBAQs.
Prices. We are a small team of doc’s, not a corporate business with shareholders. Our courses are the cheapest on the market. Guaranteed. Don’t think this is because they are of ‘lesser’ quality. With all of the additional support we offer they are also, by far and away, the best value for money.

I've booked onto a Masterclass, now where is my textbook?
Good question. The textbooks are posted our via Whistl courier and can take up to 7 days to arrive with you. You can check on the progress by viewing the order tracking number (found when logging into your online account). Group bookings with multiple textbooks being posted at once are sent recorded delivery, so please look out for a ‘sorry you weren’t home’ flyer.
-
What if I can’t make the live Masterclass, but still want the textbook and access to online content?
No problem, you can still purchase just the textbook and the recordings of the lectures. Click on “Online Resources” and follow the link to the course you are interested in.
We’ll post the textbook to you the next day and you can access the online resources instantly.
-
How long do I have access to the online content for?
After you have made your booking you will have 12 months to access the online content, this will give you plenty of time to revise for your exams. There is a count down clock showing you how many days left you have when you log into your online account.

Do you have any tips on how to revise?
Everyone has their own method of revision and if you have one that works: stick with it. Focus on the most important topics and basic principles first, this is where most exams concentrate their questions. Revise from a revision resource (e.g. a One 2 One Medicine course textbook, or your own revision notes), rather than a primary textbook. Reading alone is never as effective as the combination of reading and writing. Dr. Jake Mann’s view on revision: “I go back to what I was taught at school. I still find ‘Look, Cover, Write, Check”’ the most effective method – that’s what I’ve done for every exam.”

Something has come up and I can no longer make the course....
